Our Mission

Anidjar Law’s primary mission is to provide its clients custom, personal, and detailed counseling and service to resolve client’s problems or concerns.  Anidjar Law strives to educate its client on the law, how the facts or client’s situation relate to the law and laying out an explanation of the approach recommended or suggested.

This belief is fundamental to Anidjar Law’s custom client approach by allowing its clients to be useful resources in the solution making process.  Anidjar Law also believes that providing an explanation of the law and its impact on its clients’ circumstances provides partial relief or comfort to a client dealing with a complex, frustrating, or confusing legal scenario.

How We Help

Anidjar Law identifies the legal problem or concern and prepares a plan or solution working with its clients to meet each client’s unique objectives or resolution.

Anidjar Law serves as an adviser to many of its clients during and after a problem is resolved.  As a dual licensed professional, Michael Anidjar, understands the intricacies of a business from both a legal, tax, and accounting viewpoint and utilizes that knowledge to bridge the gap for its clients.

How We Work

Anidjar Law implements a collaborative approach with both its clients and other professionals in determining resolutions and implementing solutions for its clients’ objectives.

The collaborative effort demands clear communication, transparency, and prompt responsiveness by both client and Anidjar Law.  The fee structures vary depending on the type of legal services provided, but all representations require an executed retainer agreement and client cooperation with a heavy focus on utilizing our technology to gather key information and work efficiently.

Wills & Trusts (Estate Planning)

Anidjar law offers 2 types of estate planning consultations.  The first is for an individual or couple who have never had an estate plan prepared and drawn up.  The consultation includes gathering important key information in order to identify issues to address when implementing a plan for the protection and transfer of a person’s assets.  This process is handled by first completing a questionnaire that requests a snapshot of all the financial assets and liabilities and the relevant people to include in the estate plan.  Once the questionnaire is provided, a 30-45 minute video or telephone meeting I scheduled to discuss the primary objectives, issues or concerns identified through the questionnaire, answer relevant questions that pertain to preparing and drafting an estate plan, and guidance on moving forward or retaining Anidjar Law to prepare and draft an estate plan.  The amount paid for the consultation will be credited toward our minimum required retainer fee.  If you have any questions about a consultation, please give us a call at (954) 900-9871 or email us at info@anidjarlaw.com.

If you do not want to pay for a consultation, you may complete our online Intake Questionnaire, which should only take you about 10 minutes to complete.  We will review your responses and email you if there are legal issues or concerns, we can help with.  This option does not include an explanation of the law, suggested strategies, or legal advice.

Review, Revise, and Modify Estate Plan

The second type of consultation is conducting a comprehensive review of an individual or couple’s estate planning documents that may be outdated or prepared prior to a substantial change in life circumstances.  This comprehensive review provides a person or married couple an opportunity to confirm whether the current estate documents meet the objectives, any changes in law, address changes in circumstances or new potential concerns and issues that were not at play when the documents and plan were initially prepared.  This type of consultation is a flat fee, but the fee does fluctuate based on the prior documents and complexity of the estate plan.  This consult is heavily contingent on the individual or married couple providing all documents requested, completing a comprehensive questionnaire that allows for fact gathering, review of documents, and conducting the video or telephone meeting within a minimal time period from date of engagement.

If you have any questions about this comprehensive review consultation, please give us a call at (954) 900-9871 or email us at info@anidjarlaw.com.
